Mike MacIntosh, an assistant pastor at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa was called by the Lord and sent by Pastor Chuck to begin a Bible study in San Diego in 1974. Pastor Mike’s Bible study eventually led to the creation of Calvary Chapel San Diego which came to be known as Horizon Christian Fellowship.
